‘Trial Shift’ is made up of pop up dining team Tom Anglesea & Shaun Hurrell, who are looking to bring some excitement to the north east dining scene.

Between the two of them Shaun and Tom have worked for likes of Fergus Henderson at St John, Tom Keller at Per Se, Rene Redzepis at Noma and Marcus Wareing at The Berkeley; having originally met working under Terry Laybourne at Jesmond Dene House.

The evening is a massive communal Chinese feast which includes welcome drinks and many courses shared at the long table in Cook House.
