We care passionately about the food we serve you and where it comes from.

Over the past few years we have met some wonderful makers, growers, farmers, butchers, fishermen and more around our region.

We’re proud that we know our suppliers, most are local and many right on our doorstep. It’s great to support fellow North East small businesses, keeping money in the local economy and food miles down, but most of all they all produce amazing ingredients for us to cook with.
