 Cook House Classics Hamper

LEMONADE COCKTAIL - Dilute with still or sparkling water, add ice and a slice of lemon.

BYKER ICED TEA - Serve over ice with a splash of soda & garnish with a slice of orange.

SPICY NUTS AND SEEDS (Nuts, Peanuts) - Great with an aperitif, or crushed and sprinkled over salads.

SEEDED CRACKERS (Sesame) - Great with butter, cheese, charcuterie, pate or hummus, or to add a crunch to salads.

HOUSE SALAD DRESSING (Mustard, Sulphites) - Dress a mix of green leaves with a light coating, drizzle over fresh tomatoes or hot new potatoes.

MARMALADE - Best on buttered toast, we also use it to make Marmalade Ice Cream and shaken into our Paddington's Demise Cocktail.

BREAD AND BUTTER PICKLE (Celery, Mustard, Sulphites) - Brilliant in a salt beef or ham sandwich, or great on the side of cheese, charcuterie or Smoked Mackerel Pate (see Cook House Cook Book).

Seasonal Spring Gift Hamper

WILD GARLIC OIL - Use to make a fresh herbal salad dressing, drizzle over pasta, vegetables or use as a marinade.

PICKLED RHUBARB SALAD DRESSING (Mustard, Sulphites) - Brings a delicious tang to any fresh salad.

RHUBARB AND GINGER JAM - Slather on toast, add to your yoghurt and granola or use in cakes.

KIMCHI (Sulphites, Sesame, Gluten, Fish) - Eat on its own or add to a cheese toastie for a spicy kick!


Courgette, Feta & Wild Garlic Salad
(Serves 2)

This is a delicious, light fresh salad, wafer thin slices of courgette dressed in Wild Garlic Oil, with crumbled creamy feta and fresh mint.

2 courgettes, 1 tablespoon Wild Garlic Oil, Maldon sea salt and black pepper, juice of quarter of a lemon, 50g feta cheese, Handful torn mint leaves, a handful of toasted almonds

To make the salad take the courgettes, any type, and shave them into wafer thin ribbons using a vegetable peeler. In a bowl mix the courgette with the wild garlic oil, salt, pepper and the lemon juice. Scatter the courgette onto a plate and then crumble the feta cheese over the top. Add a handful of torn mint and a few toasted almonds to bring some crunch.



On Toast Hamper

PINK GRAPEFRUIT MARMALADE - Spread on hot buttered toast, use in baking or to flavour ice cream.

RHUBARB AND GINGER JAM - Add to your yoghurt at brekafast or use in place of strawberry to switch up your Vicoria Sponge.

LEMON BALM INFUSED HONEY - Add to dressings, use as a glaze for meat, swirl through ice cream or simply enjoy on toast or with croissants.

Hot Sauce Set

CRANBERRY HOT SAUCE (Sulphites) - Lovely on a cheese toastie or with eggs. Can also be used to create marinades or to add a kick to a dressing.

SPICED RHUBARB KETCHUP (Sulphites) - Use in place of regular ketchup in your bacon sandwich or with pork belly or roasted vegetables.

SRIRACHA (Fish, Sulphites) - Great with fried rice, hot dogs, on top of your avocado toast or in a grilled cheese sandwich.


Spring Cocktail Hamper

BURNT BLOOD ORANGE OLD FASHIONED (Sulphites) - Serve short over ice.

RHUBARB TRIANGLE (Sulphites) - Serve short over ice.

LOVAGE MARTINI (Sulphites) - Serve short over ice.

Breakfast in Bed Hamper

GRANOLA (Gluten, Nuts, Sulphites) - Serve with yoghurt and fresh or dried fruits of your choice, or in place of a regular crumble topping for a spcial treat.

SPICED PANCAKE MIX (Gluten) - Serve with honey, jam, lemon curd and whatever topppings you fancy!

SEVILLE ORANGE AND ROSEMARY MARMALADE - Slather on toast or swirl through ice cream.

LEMON CURD (Milk, Egg) - Delicious on toast, in baking or eaten straight from the jar with a spoon.

CHAI POT - Add milk to make a chai latte to curl up on the sofa with.
